BoardCompanions lebt vom Ehrenamt. Jedes Länderteam spricht mit Companions und Organisationen, bereitet Matchings vor und hält das Netzwerk lebendig, mit einigen Stunden pro Woche. Erzählen Sie uns von sich und welchem Chapter Sie sich anschließen möchten; das Team dort meldet sich bei Ihnen.

Team Pledge

Was es heißt, in einem Länderteam mitzuarbeiten. Die Rollen im Team sind informell, diese Verpflichtungen nicht.

  • ✓ Mission first. I volunteer without pay, for BoardCompanions' mission, and I won't use the network or its contacts for personal or business gain.
  • ✓ Reliable availability. I can give a few hours a week, more around matching events, for at least a year, and I'll tell the team early if that changes.
  • ✓ Respect and reputation. I treat Companions and organisations with respect, answer promptly, and represent BoardCompanions professionally, on social media too.
  • ✓ Fair decisions. I judge Companions and organisations on fit, and I tell the team about any personal or business link to someone we're deciding on.
  • ✓ Confidentiality. What I learn about Companions and organisations, in conversations and on the platform, stays inside the team. Their data stays on the platform, and I report any possible leak straight away.
  • ✓ One network, one standard. I follow the network's shared rules, the brand, the Pledge and the Charter.
  • ✓ Team and network. I take part in our team meetings and the international exchange, and I share and discuss openly.
  • ✓ Leaving well. When I step back, I hand over my areas, contacts and open threads, and my account gets closed.
